My office has a relaxing 2nd story tree top view located across from Fremont’s Central Park. An elevator is located on the first floor for those not wishing to take the stairs. I provide a safe and relaxing place to heal. I use my 16 years of training and experience to help people who are struggling to get their lives and relationships back on track. My approach to therapy varies depending on the particular issues you are experiencing, I have been trained in many theoretical orientations including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family systems, Couples counseling, Psychodynamic, Solution Focused, and Crisis Work. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which has been shown to be effective in helping people to make emotional and behavioral changes. What you can expect when you come to therapy is a compassionate person who will work colloberatively with you. Together we will evaluate the issues. Look at where you want to be and set realistic goals. My goals as a therapist are not only to help you feel better, but to teach you skills that you can continue to use long after therapy is over. If you or a family member is coping with difficult life changes, depression, anxiety, mood swings, obsessive thoughts, or relationship issues, I would like to help
