Pros: Staff, Maintenance, Landscape, Apartment Amenities, Neighbors Cons: No kiddy area. No open guest parking! :( And No Community Activity Center.

Tenents constantly playing loud music with little or no response from front office; both in their apartments and in the parking lot. Laundry facilities are often broken down; front office takes no responsibility for care of laundry…
Pros: Decent response from maintenance crew Cons: Almost everything else you can imagine
