Favorite Fremont Chinese Restaurants

No two Chinese restaurants are the same, as Fremont Chinese restaurants will prove. Some specialize in noodles, others in Szechwan-style cuisine, and yet others in hot pot dishes. Here are some popular Fremont Chinese restaurants in which to discover a range of Asian delicacies.

Ming’s Restaurant
There are regulars to Ming’s who claim they’ve been dining here for 20 years. Friendly service from a family-owned restaurant is one reason, alongside good portions of Szechwan-style Chinese cuisine. Spicy dishes like the Hot Spicy Beef, Kung Pao Chicken and Da Chien Chicken come highly recommended. Small and quiet, Ming’s Restaurant is a good find on Fremont’s Washington Boulevard.

Phoenix Garden
Phoenix Garden's chefs are from mainland China, creating "Chef’s Choice" entrees like Pineapple Shortribs, Cucumber Chicken and Kung Pao Tofu, along with a range of familiar lunch and dinner options. Family dinners are the specialty at Phoenix Garden and may be selected from a fixed price menu. Choose between pork, beef, poultry, seafood, noodle and vegetarian options, alongside a Dim Sum menu.

QQ Noodle
QQ Noodle is recognized for bringing the feeling of Taiwan to Fremont, California. As the name suggests, noodles are the specialty here, made in the traditional style of the Chinese kitchen. Choose between noodle soups, noodles flavored in soy bean paste or in sour and spicy pork sauce, Chow Mein dishes or hot pot noodles.

Spicy Town
Spicy Town is best known for its hot pot dishes, like the restaurant’s acclaimed Chongqing Hot Pot, which originates from China’s Szechuan province, Chongqing. Also find popular Chinese cuisine and less common dishes, like Dry Cooked Spicy Chicken. Open seven days a week, Spicy Town is a higher end Chinese restaurant on Fremont’s Boscell Road.

King Noodle
With two locations found in Fremont and Santa Clara, King Noodle is a go-to spot for a hot bowl of noodle soup, Chinese porridge or vermicelli soup. Rice dishes, chow fun and Pad Thai selections are also available. Customers also enjoy King Noodle’s beverage selection, which includes iced coffee, milk teas, pearl drinks and smoothies.
